Built by rider.For fellow riders.

Qafilaa keeps your whole group on one live map, gaps, rally points, last-known positions, and one-tap SOS. Built for rides where the road runs out of signal before it runs out of mountain.

The problem

On a real ride, the lead can't see the sweep, and the group chat dies the moment the signal does.

Someone takes a wrong fork. Someone stops for a photo. Bars vanish behind the ridge. Twenty minutes later half the ride is waiting at a junction with no way to know if the others are five minutes back or in trouble. Qafilaa is built for exactly that gap.

Everything in the kit

Everything for the road.

Live ride map

Every rider on one dark, battery-light map. Lead, sweep, and everyone between, moving in real time along the route you set.

Gap tracking

Know exactly how far back each rider is. Distances update the second they move, so you stop guessing and start waiting in the right place.

Rally points

Drop a regroup point and the whole ride gets the same pin, distance and ETA. The next stop is never a debate.

Offline-first

No signal? Qafilaa holds the last-known position of everyone and syncs the moment bars return. The map never goes blank.

Sweep & roles

Assign a lead and a sweep before you roll. The ride isn't marked done until the sweep is in, by design.

Crash detection

Automatic. A hard impact starts a countdown and, if you can't cancel it, alerts the crew and your emergency contacts with your exact location and altitude.

One-tap SOS

Hold for two seconds to alert the whole ride with your live location and altitude. Help heads straight to you, no shouting into a dead radio.

Before the first switchback

The whole expedition, not just the ride.

Plan the route, sort the paperwork, and settle up after — all in the same app the ride already lives in.

Day-wise itinerary

Each day broken into legs with rally points, distances and a night stop.

Stays

Lock the night halt for each leg so the whole crew knows where it sleeps.

Documents & permits

ILP, RC, insurance — carried for every rider, ready at the checkpoint.

Expenses, split

Fuel, food, fixes — log it once, settle up Splitwise-style at the end.

Checklists

Packing, spares, readiness — shared lists so nothing gets left at home.

Reminders

Service due, permit cut-offs, early starts — nudged before they bite.

Medical card

Blood group, allergies, emergency contacts — shared with the crew for the worst case.

DL verification

Scan a licence once to earn a verified badge the whole ride can trust.

The whole app, in your hands

Don't watch the ride. Run one.

This is the real product, not a video. Start a ride, watch your crew join, lose the signal behind a ridge, fire an SOS, and regroup — all right here, before you ever download.

01
Start a ride & share one link
Name the ride and route, pick the bike. Your crew taps in and lands on the map — no accounts.
02
Track gaps, drop a rally point
Tap any rider for their gap, ETA and altitude. Drop a regroup pin and everyone's ETA updates.
03
Lose signal — hold the last-known
Behind the ridge, pins grey out and freeze with a timestamp instead of vanishing.
04
Hold SOS, then regroup
Broadcast your coordinates on a single bar, meet at the rally, finish with zero left behind.
Tap into the phone — take the guided tour or explore freely.
9:41
Run a real ride
Spiti loop, Day 4. Create the ride, watch your crew join, lose signal, hit a crash, send an SOS — the actual app, in your hands.
Where it earns its keep

The mountain takes your signal. It doesn't take your map.

Live vs. last-known is always unmistakable. When a rider drops off, their pin doesn't vanish, it greys out at the spot you last saw them, with a timestamp, so you always know where to start looking.

How it works

Three taps from gate to summit.

1Set up

Start a ride

Name the route, pick a lead and a sweep, and set your first rally point. Takes about as long as fastening your helmet.

2Gather

Everyone joins

Share one link. Riders tap in and appear on the map instantly, no app store, no accounts to wrangle at the trailhead.

3Ride

No one left behind

Gaps, rally points, last-known pins and SOS keep the ride together, from the first switchback to the final descent.

When it matters most

An SOS that actually knows where you are.

Hold the SOS for two seconds and every rider on the ride gets your live coordinates, altitude and last movement, even if you've dropped to one bar. Try it: press and hold.

Questions

Before you sign up

When does Qafilaa launch?

We're rolling out to a first group of crews ahead of the summer riding season. Join the waitlist and you'll be near the front of the line.

Does it really work without internet?

Mostly, with one honest limit. Qafilaa caches the last-known position of every rider, so the map never goes fully blank. But if two riders are both out of signal, neither sees the other move until one of you gets a bar back and the positions sync. No app can beam live GPS through a mountain without a satellite link, what we promise is that you always know each rider's last confirmed spot and the time it was logged.

Is it only for motorcycles?

No. It's built for any group moving together where staying together matters, bikes, 4x4 groups, cycling pelotons, trekking groups and expeditions.

Do I need an account to join a ride?

No. Joining a ride takes one shared link, no account, no setup at the trailhead. The email field above is only for the launch waitlist, so we can send your crew's invite when a spot opens.

Who can see my location?

Only the riders in your ride, and only while it's active. When the ride ends, live sharing stops. No public map, no strangers, ever.

What will it cost?

Waitlist riders get the first season free and locked-in early pricing after that. Final plans land before launch.
